Allison Muirhead is the Founder and Senior Partner of May Royal Associates. She obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University and has over 10 years experience in long-term care. Allison’s bond with her grandparents inspired her to pursue a career in Social Work, advocating for seniors. After four years in the corporate sector of long-term care, Allison decided to expand her network, eager to create industry wide change in healthcare. With that, May Royal was established to provide the highest quality of care through social services, improving patient outcomes and quality measures.
